This item was shipped to me very quickly, packaged nicely including a note with a voucher, and a receipt.
I tested the solar charger multiple times in varying degrees of sunlight, and was unable to get it to work.
I reached out to their support email, and they were very friendly and helpful, and refunded the money. It’s unfortunate the product didn’t work, but I would feel comfortable buying from them again. Thank you guys for the help.
