Your tracking number can take up to 24hrs to be sent and received. Please be sure to check your junk folder in your email to ensure it has not be misplaced. If after 24hrs you still have not received your please contact us via email at support@koalaoutdoor.com.au with the email address used to make the purchase.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel an order due to automatic processes we have in place. Once you receive the order you can follow the Returns process.

Unfortunately due to the nature of business and to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers we're an online on business and there is no pickup option available. We do however proudly operate our business out of Brisbane, Australia.

Looking at grabbing that additional lure for your next fishing trip? Go for it! We're offering free delivery on all orders over $99 with standard delivery through Australia Post.

When your order has been completed, we will send you a dispatch email. This email includes the freight provider’s name and your order tracking number. Please note, it may take 24 hours before your tracking details are available from the courier’s website and you can use the number to track your delivery.
We sometimes split larger orders into separate shipments due to their weight or dimensions. If this happens, you will still only receive one email and tracking number, this includes multiple consignments.
We deliver via a tracked courier service (Australia Post)- once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Please keep in mind that orders can be held up due to busy sales periods public holidays or customs delays.
We currently do not offer international shipping from www.koalaoutdoor.com.au
